We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, net banking, UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and popular digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your information is protected.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders within India. However, COD may not be available for certain high-value items or specific locations. The COD option will be displayed at checkout if available for your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for metro cities and 7-10 business days for other locations within India. Express delivery options are available at checkout for faster shipping (2-3 business days). Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Express shipping is available for an additional charge of ₹199. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services to international locations. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on international shipping availability.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on our website or the courier partner's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product (2-3 business days), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping charges.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest ordering the larger size. You can also contact our customer service team for personalized sizing assistance.
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting and your device's screen settings. These minor color differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Yes, we offer custom tailoring services for select products. Custom-made items require 10-15 business days for production and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please contact us for custom tailoring inquiries and pricing.

Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for silk and embellished garments, gentle hand wash for delicate fabrics, and storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
