The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased during special promotional sales (unless defective)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include the RAN in the package.

Ship the Product

Ship the product to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

2.1 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged during transit). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 2-3 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

3.2 Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 5-7 business days.

3.3 Refund Amount

The refund amount will include:

  • Product price (excluding any discounts that were applied)
  • Applicable taxes

The following will NOT be refunded:

  • Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs
  • Gift wrapping charges
  • Any promotional discounts or offers that were applied

3.4 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

4. Exchange Policy

4.1 Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to product availability. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.

4.2 How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our customer service team with your order number and the product you wish to exchange. We will check availability and provide further instructions. If the desired size or color is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

4.3 Exchange Shipping

For exchanges, you will need to return the original product following our return process. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost (one-time courtesy). Any subsequent exchanges will incur standard shipping charges.

4.4 Price Differences

If the exchanged product has a different price than the original, you will either be charged the difference or refunded the excess amount, as applicable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

5.1 Reporting Damage

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

5.2 Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. We may request photos or ask you to return the defective product for inspection.

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service team. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

6.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the product following our standard return policy once you receive it.

Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before confirming.

Color Variations

Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, products that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
